TAX REFUND collects only what a public website needs in order to answer you: your name, email, optional phone number, the topic you choose, and the message you write. If you create an account, we also store a sign-in record, appointment requests, notifications, estimator snapshots you choose to save, and a note if you ask about a future document portal.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, ITINs, dates of birth, bank account numbers, W-2s, or tax-document uploads on public forms. Do not put them in a message. If you do, delete the information with us by asking us to close the inquiry.
Account sign-in may use an email and password stored for this site, or Google or X through the sign-in service this app already uses. A session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not sell contact information and we do not run advertising cookies.

A signed-in customer can upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG after confirming an email. Those files are encrypted and are not given a public link. The public contact form is not that vault.
